Consultation
Dr. Norman will ask you several questions about your eye health during a brief consultation.
Vision Testing
You will be asked to read letters on an eye chart to test your vision.
Prescription
Dr. Norman will determine your eyeglass prescription during a short examination.
Eye Health Check
After testing, Dr. Norman will check your eye health. Here, the computer takes a picture of your eyes.
Please bring the following items with you for your first visit:

- Medicare Card
- Vision Insurance Card
- List Of Medicines
- Name Of Primary Care Physician
- Prescription Glasses Being Used (And Sunglasses)
- Contact Lens Boxes Being Used
